Is there any normal way to get taller after the age of 21?

Answer:
Stand up straight and be proud!
Not likely. Try standing up straight. You'd be surprised how big a difference that makes.
No, you are full grown.
high heels
Yoga and stretching will increase your chances.
Sure. You can always grow maturely. When you do that, you realize that size doesn't matter.

No size does. Not to anyone with any sense of maturity.

.
You mean "natural", no. It's all in your genes. Don't fall for any scam saying that you can. Heels on your shoes is the closest thing.
Not without very painful surgery.
You'll be taller if you have a really strong torso. Working out your abs (and the sides of your abs) causes the muscles to hold you up better, making you taller. Losing weight if you are over-weight makes you taller too.
If you are a boy, you might grow even more. I have a friend that grew very fast, and then he stopped for a long time. Then when he was close to 27 years old, he was MUCH taller (and of course also 'bigger').
Maybe this is not for you, but I know it can happen.
There is nothing you can do IF you don't grow more though..
Sorry.
That depends...
Men stop developing after the age of 21.
Women stop developing after the age of 16.

So no matter what gender you are, I would say yes there may be a problem. But hey! more hair!
yes someone can increase his/her height ....proper food with good exercises can make you taller...
i think yoga is best for that,...
i will first tell you what exactly happend with your body , the edges of backbone is normally covered with some sort of chemical that stop its growth.what someone need to do is to remove that covering and for that i will suggest yoga as i know its the best ...
do pranayam and copal ghatii...
if you need for information
then contact me personally
best wishes

before that make yourself strong enough to do very hard work for a longer time because it is not gonna happen in just one or two weeks.... anywaz best of luck n bye
