Is there a pill chopper device that chops your prescription pills in half?

Sometimes I can't cut them perfectly in half will my fingers.

Some tablets are NOT meant to be cut or crushed. The reason for this is that some drugs are formulated to be time release, and if you cut or crush them, the drug will not be processed properly and you could be getting too much drug at once.
