Is it unusual to have a taller and stronger younger cousin?

I'm a 12 year old guy with an 11 year old cousin. She recently turned 11 and shes already about 1 inch taller than me! She can also beat me in arm wrestling and can carry me with ease. Is this unusual?
Answer:
Everyone develops at a different rate.
Girls tend to sprout faster than guys. So it's not unusual that your cousin is taller than you.

It depends on your genetics too? Are your parents really tall? are HER parents really tall?
girls grow at a diffrent time than boys she will stop growing at the age of 15-or 16 but you will grow after you are 18. i was always taller than my brother untill i was 15 then he shot up passed me and he is 6-2 and i am 5-8 .
girls grow faster then guys, then later on you will catch up. Not in all cases all have to do with how tall your parents are, don't judge yourself on how tall you are, judge yourself on what inside your heart, and what you have going on your life, be thank full to be alive!!
the genetics of your cousins are an entirely different unit and make up from his parents, whom have differently distributed dna than your parents...so comparing to him at all is illogical.
